Website terms of use

Rules for using the we4.io website, the website diagnosis and the articles. WE4 platform services are governed by the client contract, not by these terms.

Effective from 13 October 2026

01Operator

The we4.io website is operated by Petr Andrýsek, company ID 17601037, registered office Grégrova 443/12, Nová Ulice, 779 00 Olomouc, sole trader registered in the Trade Register kept by the Olomouc City Council, trading as WE4. Contact: pa.andrysek@gmail.com.

02What these terms cover

These terms apply to everyone who uses the website: reads content, runs a website diagnosis or sends a form. By using the website you agree to them.

Sending a contact form or an application does not create any contract. Cooperation on the WE4 platform only begins with a separate written contract, which takes precedence over these terms.

03Website diagnosis

The diagnosis reads only publicly available data of the given website and does not actively test anything. Run it on websites you manage or have a legitimate reason to assess.

The result is automated and indicative. It describes the state at the time of the run and does not replace a security audit, legal assessment or professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made solely on its basis.

The number of diagnoses from one network is limited. Bulk or automated runs, circumventing limits and other abuse of the service are prohibited and may be blocked.

04Content and copyright

Texts, graphics, videos, the logo and the WE4 brand are protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not copy them or use them commercially without our consent.

You may use a short quotation with attribution and a link to the original page without asking.

Articles in the Articles section are for information only. They are not legal, tax or investment advice.

05Availability and liability

We run the website as well as we can, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available and error-free. We may change it or take it offline temporarily at any time.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.

06Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes are resolved by the competent court in the Czech Republic.

We may change these terms; the new version applies from its publication on this page. The effective date is at the top.
