Does WE4 send anything without my approval?
Not until you allow it. Every module starts by only proposing or preparing things for you to approve. It earns more freedom once it has enough measured proposals accepted without changes, and even then it needs your yes. Payments and deletions never run on their own, and replies to customers go out with a delay, so you can hold them back.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Proposals wait for approval, so you catch most mistakes before anything leaves the building. For actions the system may take on its own, you have an hour to undo them, and every step is in the log: who, what, when and why. Limits such as a maximum discount are set by you, and the system will not exceed them even if a customer asks nicely.
Do I have to change the software I use?
No. WE4 connects to what you already have: email, e-shop, bank, calendar, accounting software. Most companies start with a single mailbox. Anything without a ready-made connection is linked through a generic connector.
What is shadow mode?
A module connects to your data, goes through your history and shows what it would have done: how many messages it would have handled, which quotes it would have sent and how much time that would have saved. It sends nothing and changes nothing. You decide based on your own data, not on a slide deck.
Will WE4 replace people?
No. It takes over reading, sorting, retyping and watching deadlines. Decisions, customer relationships and ideas stay with you. The same team can handle more orders without hiring another person for the office.
Where is my data and who can access it?
Each company’s data is isolated directly in the database (PostgreSQL Row-Level Security), not just in the application. WE4 staff have no silent access: only with a stated reason, for at most 4 hours, and you see it in the log. Servers are in the EU, messages are processed by a model from Anthropic under a data processing agreement, and sign-in is protected by two-factor authentication.
Does it work for my industry?
Yes. The platform does not know industries, it knows work: customer, order, item, payment and deadline. It works the same in a salon, a repair shop, an e-shop, for tradespeople or an agency.
How long does it take to get started?
Connecting a mailbox takes a few steps. Shadow mode shows results on your own data before you switch on the first module. You then switch modules on one at a time, starting with whatever slows you down the most.
Why not a regular chatbot or ChatGPT?
A general-purpose agent does not know your company. WE4 has a shared core with your history, brand and rules, acts directly in the tools you use, and its autonomy is measured. We switch models by task, so you never pay for the most expensive one where a cheap one will do.
How much does it cost?
You pay for the modules you switch on. AI costs have a monthly cap and you see what you are using in your overview. It starts with a pilot with no commitment: a diagnosis and shadow mode on your data.
What if I don’t like it?
Shadow mode changes nothing, so all you risk is time. You can switch modules off at any time and your business history stays in the core. If you leave, you get an export of all your data and we delete it.
