HIRING

We run across Europe. We are looking for people to take the ecosystem to more companies.

The ecosystem runs at clients in five European countries, and who we look for follows where we grow. The roles open right now are on a contractor basis, remote, and measured by outcome. We are not looking for a CV full of tools — we are looking for people who understand why companies still do by hand what they no longer need to.

Experience is not the deciding factor. Whether you come from the field or from somewhere else entirely, you go through the same training — the product, the craft, the tools, and first days alongside someone who tells you after every call what to do differently.

OPEN ROLES

01

Automation advisor

Contractor basis · remote · paid on outcome

You will be approaching companies that run on old systems, and working the leads we hand you. The job is not about websites, it is about the ecosystem. Web 4.0 is the new era of the internet and few companies have stepped into it — and where they have, the individual applications sit scattered with nobody steering them centrally, so they do not talk to each other the way they should.

What you will do

  • You lead the first meetings with companies that came to us through the website diagnosis.
  • You look for openings at companies we do not know about yet — we hand you the contacts
  • You uncover where manual operation is left in the company — where a person forwards data instead of a system, and where the systems have holes
  • You propose the first step of automation: what to connect, in what order and why that one.
  • You put together the scope and the budget and walk the owner through the decision without drowning them in jargon.
  • You hand the brief to the technical team and hold the client to what we promised.
  • You log how it went in the CRM, so that no company depends on who remembers what.

What helps

  • You can run a conversation in which the other person does most of the talking.
  • You can explain a complicated thing to an owner who does not want to hear the word API.
  • Your own trade licence — and if you do not have one, we will help you set it up.
  • Czech at native-speaker level.

A plus, not a requirement

  • A feel for CRMs, e-shops, invoicing, APIs or automation platforms.
  • Experience with B2B selling run as a consultation, not as pressure.
  • Familiarity with the basic AI models — Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok

What a normal day looks like

  • You go through the new diagnoses in the morning — companies that had their website scanned and got a meeting booked by an operator.
  • You work the fresh contacts and book your own meetings
  • Two or three meetings: you go through the analysis, gather the missing details and ask what holds the owner up the most, where money leaks out without anyone wanting it to, and more
  • In the afternoon you turn that into a proposal for the first step — one page, not twenty slides — and send it to the client.
  • Whatever is agreed you hand to the technical team, and you watch that it goes live the way we promised.

What you get from us

  • Entry training on the product, on the diagnosis and on how to run a meeting — scripts included
  • The website diagnosis as your material: you walk into the meeting with what demonstrably passes through the company's hands.
  • The tools you need to put an automation pipeline together
  • A technical team behind you — you do not have to be able to build the design, you have to understand it.
  • A regular call with management and access to what is working for the other advisors.

Training

We will teach you the technical part. We are not looking for someone who happens to know our stack — we are looking for someone companies tell the truth to about how things really run in there.

02

Phone operator

Contractor basis · booking meetings · remote

You call companies from a prepared database and book meetings for the advisors. Some of them have already received a diagnosis of their website from us and know what this is about; others are hearing of us for the first time. Working out within the first few sentences who is on the other end, and steering the call accordingly — that is the whole job. You do not sell on the phone and you close nothing. One outcome counts: a date in the calendar.

What you will do

  • Call contacts from a prepared database — some of them already have a website diagnosis from us, some are hearing of us for the first time.
  • Briefly check whether the company is worth moving forward — whether there is anyone to talk to and whom this concerns.
  • Set a date with an advisor and send the confirmation.
  • Log the outcome of the call in the CRM so the advisor does not walk in blind.
  • Flag the contacts that are not ripe today and come back to them later.

What helps

  • Fluent Czech and a calm voice; a no does not throw you.
  • Reliability with time — agreed calling blocks hold.
  • A willingness to call regularly; this job is done on volume, not on mood.
  • Your own computer, a headset and a stable connection.
  • Your own trade licence.

A plus, not a requirement

  • Time on the phone — a call centre, a reception desk, a customer line, or B2B booking.
  • Experience with a CRM or any other call log.

What a normal day looks like

  • You set your own calling block — most owners pick up in the morning, so that is usually where it goes.
  • The queue holds a finished list: who to call, what we know about the company, and whether they already have a diagnosis from us.
  • A call takes two or three minutes and has a single goal — a date. If it does not add up, you are the one who ends it early.
  • After the block you log the outcomes in the CRM, send the confirmation, and an advisor takes the meeting over.

What you get from us

  • Training on both the product and the call: a script, the common objections, sample recordings and practice calls.
  • A prepared queue of contacts — you do not source numbers and you do not build the database.
  • A CRM that is actually workable, and a clearly defined bar for success.
  • Feedback on your own calls, close to daily for the first two weeks.
  • Calling blocks you schedule yourself — nobody dictates your shifts.

Training

Experience on the phone is not the deciding factor. You get a script, sample calls, and a person who will help you out when you are stuck.

These are the roles open right now. We open more as the ecosystem expands — if the direction fits but the ad does not quite, get in touch anyway. Put it in the message and we will find where you fit.

TRAINING AND ONBOARDING

Experience is not the deciding factor. Everyone goes through the training.

For neither role do we expect you to arrive finished. Everyone who starts here goes through the same training — even with ten years in the field behind them. We want everyone to talk about the ecosystem the same way, and nobody to promise more than the product does.

  1. 01

    Application and a call

A few sentences and your CV. We reply within five working days — including when it is a no. Then twenty minutes on the phone: what you have done, what you are after, and how things work here.

  2. 02

    The product

What the ecosystem does, what the website diagnosis measures, and above all where the limits of what we promise are. Without this you can neither call nor sit in a meeting.

  3. 03

    The craft

The call script or the shape of a meeting, the common objections, sample recordings and practice runs. This is where most of the worries people arrive with break.

  4. 04

    The tools

CRM, the contact queue, the materials, the calendar. Nothing you need to know in advance — we walk you through it step by step.

  5. 05

    Live, with someone watching

For the first days you call and take meetings alongside someone who tells you after each one what to do differently. The feedback does not then stop, it just thins out.

The training is part of joining, not a hurdle you clear beforehand in your own time.

APPLICATION

A few lines and your CV. Nothing more for now.

We reply within five working days. A few sentences is enough — no cover letter needed.
